Privacy notice
This notice covers the personal data handled when you browse smartiptvpremium.pro and when you order a plan through the order form or on WhatsApp. Last updated on 14 September 2026.
While you browse
The site has no customer accounts and no newsletter sign-up, and it runs no advertising or analytics trackers. The web server and Cloudflare, which protects the site and speeds it up, process the technical data of every request: your IP address, browser type, the page asked for and the time. That data keeps the site secure and working. The few technical cookies that can be set are listed in the cookie policy.
What the order form records
- the plan, the length or number of screens, and the price;
- your name, email address, WhatsApp number and country;
- the device and player app you watch on;
- the payment method you pick, and the note you add if you write one.
To stop abuse of the form, each order also keeps your IP address, browser and the page you came from. Those three details are wiped after 30 days; the order itself stays.
The same order is copied into the shop's order records, with your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, the plan and the payment method. A confirmation email goes to the address you give.
What it is used for
Handling your order, telling you how to pay, sending your login once the payment clears, and helping you set up your player. We reply on WhatsApp, where we also see your phone number, the name on your WhatsApp profile and the messages you send us.
How long it is kept
- IP address, browser and referring page: 30 days.
- Cancelled, expired and refunded orders: deleted after one year. In the shop's order records, cancelled orders are deleted and refunded ones lose their personal details after one year as well.
- Paid and running orders: kept, so that support can help with the plan you bought. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
Who else handles it
We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not use it for advertising. Some services process part of it under their own privacy policies: Cloudflare for the website traffic, WhatsApp (Meta) for our chat, and the payment service you choose, whether the card network, PayPal, the Bitcoin or USDT network, or the gift card issuer. Some of them are based outside your country.
Your requests
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, get a copy of it, or have it deleted. Write to us on WhatsApp from the contact page and give the email address or WhatsApp number you ordered with, so we find the right order.
